| |  Rosneft and Aeroflot - Russian Airlines have signed a general strategic partnership and cooperation agreement, the companies announced in a joint press release. The document states that the deal was concluded on a mutually beneficial long-term basis with the aim to enable joint use of operational and scientific potential, human and financial resources of both companies with a view to strengthen the economic capacity of both parties.
The agreement deals mainly with sales of refined oil products and petrochemicals by Rosneft to Aeroflot, organizing regular transportation for Rosneft employees on board the airline's flights, and the use of operating and infrastructure facilities, among other things.
