| |  At the Russian State Duma's last spring plenary session today, deputies will consider in the third reading the bill on the federal budget for 2008 and until 2010, a new version of the enforcement proceedings bill and the corresponding amendments to other laws, as well as a draft law on restricting monopoly on the outdoor advertising market, among other things.
The 2007 spring session's results will be summarized by State Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov.
